James Richard Vincent was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. He is a fourth generation Arizonan with rich Arizona Ranching Heritage in the Southwest. He moved to Tucson in the fall of 1995 to attend the University of Arizona.
Mr. Vincent began his career in real estate in 1998, while attending the University of Arizona. After graduating with a Regional Development degree from the U of A Geography Department in 1999 Jim Vincent learned the ropes of land trading at Tucson Realty and Trust. After getting his feet wet in the industry he went on to join the land development and brokerage firm Carlier Company in 2000. From there, the Carlier Company went on to form CPE Consultants a Land Planning and Engineering firm in March of 2003 to assist in the tough entitlement process’s in Tucson. In 2009 Jim achieved his Associate Brokers license in the State of Arizona. In 2018 Jim started his own company the J Vincent Company to better assist his clients in the marketing of their land. In his career, Jim Vincent has sold over 8300 acres and 2700 lots.
Jim’ s favorite activities are Hunting & Fishing, fellowship at his local Christian Church “North West Bible Church”, and playing golf. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Jennifer Lynne Vincent, and his three beautiful daughters ages 16 and under.
