About Jim Vincent

About

Born and raised in Phoenix, Jim Vincent is a fourth generation Arizonan with deep roots in the state and a family ranching heritage in the Southwest. He moved to Tucson in 1995 to attend the University of Arizona, where he earned a degree in Regional Development from the Geography Department in 1999.
Jim began his real estate career in 1998 while attending the University of Arizona. After graduation, he gained valuable experience in land brokerage with Tucson Realty and Trust before joining land development and brokerage firm Carlier Company in 2000. In 2003, Carlier Company formed CPE Consultants, a land planning and engineering firm focused on helping clients navigate Tucson’s complex entitlement process.

Jim earned his Arizona Associate Broker license in 2009 and founded J Vincent Company in 2018 to provide clients with a more focused and personalized approach to buying, marketing and selling land. Throughout his career, Jim has sold more than 8,300 acres and 2,700 lots.

With decades of experience, Jim works with land of all sizes and uses throughout Arizona, with a strong emphasis on Tucson and Southern Arizona. His broad background spans everything from individual lots and acreage to large scale development opportunities, giving him the experience to understand the unique challenges and potential of each property.

Outside of real estate, Jim enjoys hunting, fishing, golf and spending time with his wife, Jenny, and their three teenage daughters, Ava, June and Scarlett. He is also active at Northwest Bible Church and values his deep connections to the Arizona community.
